Inspiration is everywhere: live to be inspired
Inspiration is the beginning
of pure happiness. To be open to inspiration makes you excited to dream up more
ideas. Thanks to Annetta Bosakova, I am committed to be inspired in everything that I
do. When I look at an image, read an article or blog entry, I ask myself “am I
being inspired?” If not, then I know I’m wasting my time. I must be inspired.
People are always finding inspiration in something. Whether a celebrity inspires you to try out a new hairstyle or an
author inspired you to research topics found in their book; there are countless ways
to be inspired. Inspiration keeps your mind active and keeps your eyes wide
open with amazement.
It’s our spirit inside of us
that detects inspiration. And it’s our spirit that is so close to God that we
feel His spirit tug at ours to see inspiration; to see the beauty in things and
to notice something that our plain eyes can’t see.
I love what the Bible says
about inspiration: “Those who live at the ends of the earth stand in awe of
your wonders. From where the sun rises to where it sets, you inspire shouts of
joy,” Psalms 65:8. When
you look at the sunrise or sunset, you’re taking in God’s work. You can’t look at
the sunrise angry, because it’s colorful and beautiful!
An artist steps back from
their artwork and admires it; and it’s left to inspire others.
Then God looked over all he
had made, and he saw that it was very good!
— Genesis 1:31.
